Objects to search for, how many entries and which attributes to show. Ticket attributes, except queue, have to explicitly be stored via Elasticsearch.
Definiert, nach welchen Objekten gesucht wird, wie viele Einträge und welche Attribute angezeigt werden sollen. Alle Ticket-Attribute außer der Queue müssen explizit in Elasticsearch gespeichert werden.

Allows choosing between showing the attachments of a ticket in the browser (inline) or just make them downloadable (attachment).
