When upgrading from 10.1.x to 11.0.x with the ITSM plugin installed, the following command has to be executed additionally:
בעת שדרוג מ-10.1.x ל-11.0.x עם תוסף ITSM מותקן, יש לבצע בנוסף את הפקודה הבאה:

String added in the repository
For simple patch level updates (e.g. 11.0.2 to 11.0.3) running the above mentioned commands can be automated with the help of the script ``scripts/update.sh``. This script runs the commands starting with the ``docker compose pull`` command. Note that calling the database upgrade scripts is not included and therefore it cannot be used for version upgrades. As a docker administrator, you can use the script as follows:
לעדכונים פשוטים ברמת התיקון (לדוגמה, מ-11.0.2 ל-11.0.3), ניתן להפוך את הפעלת הפקודות הנ"ל לאוטומטית בעזרת הסקריפט *scripts/update.sh*. סקריפט זה מפעיל את הפקודות החל מהפקודה **docker-compose pull**. שימו לב כי קריאה לסקריפטים לשדרוג מסד הנתונים אינה כלולה, ולכן לא ניתן להשתמש בו לשדרוגי גרסה.

For minor and major version upgrades, prior to this also update tasks for the core system have to be performed as docker admin:
לשדרוגי גרסה קלים ומשמעותיים, לפני כן יש לבצע גם משימות עדכון עבור מערכת הליבה.
