Checks if an email is a follow-up to an existing ticket with external ticket number which can be found by ExternalTicketNumberRecognition filter module. In case the module finds a new ticket, the ticket number is being written to the defined Dynamic Field. For already existing ticket, it can not set that Dynamic Field anew. Please define a rule set in the settings "000-ExternalTicketNumberRecognition1" through "000-ExternalTicketNumberRecognition4".
