Recognize if a ticket is a follow-up to an existing ticket using an external ticket number. Note: the first capturing group from the 'NumberRegExp' expression will be used as the ticket number value. In case the module finds a new ticket, the ticket number is being written to the defined Dynamic Field. For already existing ticket, it can not set that Dynamic Field anew.
Reconoce si un ticket es un seguimiento de un ticket existente utilizando un número de ticket externo. Nota: el primer grupo de captura de la expresión 'NumberRegExp' se utilizará como valor del número de ticket.

If "DB" was selected for Customer::AuthModule, the encryption type of passwords must be specified. It is discouraged to configure the not really secure algorithms like 'md5', 'apr1', 'crypt', and 'plain'.

In case the module finds a new ticket, the ticket number is being written to the defined Dynamic Field. For already existing ticket, it can not set that Dynamic Field anew. Please define a rule set in the settings "000-ExternalTicketNumberRecognition1" through "000-ExternalTicketNumberRecognition4".
