	OTOBO has built in scripts for backup and restore. Execute the scripts with the option ``-h`` for more information.	OTOBO має вбудовані скрипти для резервного копіювання та відновлення. Запустіть скрипти з опцією ``-h`` для отримання додаткової інформації.

	To create a new backup, write permission for the destination directory is needed for the user ``otobo``.	Щоб створити нову резервну копію, користувачеві ``otobo`` потрібно надати дозвіл на запис до каталогу призначення.

	To restore the database make sure that the database ``otobo`` exists and contains no tables.	Для відновлення бази даних переконайтеся, що база даних ``otobo`` існує і не містить таблиць.
	Considerations for running OTOBO under Docker	Міркування щодо запуску OTOBO під Docker
	The same scripts can be used with OTOBO running under Docker. However some Docker specific limitation must be considered. Please read to the chapter :doc:`backup-restore-docker` for information about that case.	Ті ж самі скрипти можна використовувати з OTOBO, запущеним під Docker. 	Backup and Restore using Docker	Резервне копіювання та відновлення за допомогою Docker

	The standard scripts ``backup.pl`` and ``restore.pl`` can also be used with OTOBO running under Docker. However some Docker specific limitations have to be considered.	Стандартні скрипти ``backup.pl`` і ``restore.pl`` також можна використовувати з OTOBO під керуванням Docker. Однак слід враховувати деякі специфічні для Docker обмеження.
	First, we need to make sure that the backup files are not created in the file system that is internal to a Docker container. Because in that case the created files would be lost when the container is stopped. This means that the backup directory must located within in a volume. For this manual we only consider the most simple case, where the backup directory is a local directory on the Docker host. The location of the backup dir in the container can be arbitrarily chosen. In this example we choose the local dir ``otobo_backup`` as the location on the host and ``/otobo_backup`` as the location in the container.	По-перше, нам потрібно переконатися, що файли резервних копій не створюються у файловій системі, яка є внутрішньою для контейнера Docker. Тому що в цьому випадку створені файли будуть втрачені, коли контейнер буде зупинено. Це означає, що каталог резервних копій повинен знаходитися всередині тому. У цьому посібнику ми розглянемо лише найпростіший випадок, коли каталог резервної копії є локальним каталогом на хості Docker. Розташування каталогу резервних копій у контейнері можна вибрати довільно. У цьому прикладі ми виберемо локальний каталог ``otobo_backup`` як розташування на хості і ``/otobo_backup`` як розташування у контейнері.
	Secondly, commands in the Docker container usually run as the user `otobo` with the user id 1000 and the group id 1000. It must be made sure, that this user can write in the backup directory.	По-друге, команди в контейнері Docker зазвичай виконуються від імені користувача `otobo` з ідентифікатором користувача 1000 і групи 1000. Необхідно переконатися, що цей користувач може писати в каталог резервної копії.
	First we need to create the volume.	Спочатку нам потрібно створити об'єм.
	For creating the backup we need a running database and the volumes ``otobo_opt_otobo`` and ``otobo_backup``. This means that the webserver and the OTOBO daemon may, but don't have to, be stopped.	Для створення резервної копії нам потрібна працююча база даних і томи ``otobo_opt_otobo`` і ``otobo_backup``. Це означає, що веб-сервер і демон OTOBO можуть бути зупинені, але не обов'язково.
	To drop an existing otobo database and create a new one you can use the following commands. First, you have to connect to the MySQL CLI of the `db` container.	Щоб видалити існуючу базу даних otobo і створити нову, ви можете скористатися наступними командами. По-перше, ви повинні підключитися до MySQL CLI контейнера `db`.
	As soon as you are connected to the MySQL server, you can drop and recreate the `otobo` database.	Щойно ви підключилися до сервера MySQL, ви можете видалити і створити заново базу даних `otobo`.
