	OTOBO has built in scripts for backup and restore ``scripts/backup.pl`` and ``scripts/restore.pl``. Execute the scripts with the option ``-h`` for more information.
	Administration Area
	The Administration Area is available in the Admin menu item of the main menu, when you logged in as an administrator. Administrators are users, who are member of the admin group.
	In this section you can find information if you are working as an agent in OTOBO. Please note that some of the features described here may not be available in your OTOBO system, depending on the configuration and permissions set by your administrator.
	Accessibility
	In order to backup the OTOBO system, the script ``scripts/backup.pl`` can be used. The script creates a backup of the OTOBO system in the specified directory.
	Administrator Interface
	OTOBO offers a high contrast skin for better accessibility. You can activate it in your :doc:`avatar/personal-preferences`.
	To create a new backup, write permission for the destination directory is needed for the user ``otobo``.
	The administrator interface contains several modules collected into groups. Use the filter box in the left sidebar to find a particular module by just typing the name to filter.

	Admin
	``--extra-dump-options="--single-transaction"`` prevents the database tables from being locked, so OTOBO may still be used during backup archive creation.
	Identify a typical use-case for the administrator, to aid in orientation, and explain what OTOBO does to provide a solution (warranty).

`Ctrl` + `Shift` + `Enter` or `Cmd` + `Shift` +`Enter`	Unmark translation as Needing edit and submit it.
`Alt` + `Enter` or `Option` + `Enter`	Submit the string as a suggestion; this works the same as pressing Suggest while editing translation.
`Ctrl` + `E` or `Cmd` + `E`	Focus on translation editor.
`Ctrl` + `U` or `Cmd` + `U`	Focus on comment editor.
`Ctrl` + `M` or `Cmd` + `M`	Shows Automatic suggestions tab.
`Ctrl` + `1` to `Ctrl` + `9` or `Cmd` + `1` to `Cmd` + `9`	Copies placeable of a given number from source string.
`Ctrl` + `M` followed by `1` to `9` or `Cmd` + `M` followed by `1` to `9`	Copy the machine translation of a given number to current translation.
`Ctrl` + `I` followed by `1` to `9` or `Cmd` + `I` followed by `1` to `9`	Ignore one item in the list of failing checks.
`Ctrl` + `J` or `Cmd` + `J`	Shows the Nearby strings tab.
`Ctrl` + `S` or `Cmd` + `S`	Focus on search field.
